After struggling to find a company to help us to find a Lifetime mortgage company we were recommended to Anderson Wealth Management by our daughter. John made contact straightaway and came around to our house to take us through the process. We felt immediately reassured by John and he helped us to find the right mortgage company for us. I would add we are in our 70s. We did speak to LV initially, nothing wrong with this firm but we felt it was a national company and we just felt as if we were a “number” to them and nothing else. I would add that the overall cost of getting us a Lifetime Mortgage via Anderson Wealth Management was ZERO, whereas LV were going to charge us in excess of £1000 in fees!

If you value your time, your sanity and mental health then use Anderson Wealth Management! We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Fantastic service.

We first used them in 2017 to purchase our first home and they secured us the best product as well as it being a straightforward, effortless process for us dealing with them.

We then went to move half way through our product, therefore needed to port our existing product. We naively thought we needed to arrange this directly with our provider, so we contacted them and proceeded down this route. Little did we know the process wasn’t as straight forward as when we dealt with AWM the first time. The provider wasn’t terrible as such, but you do have to wait in a queue on the phone as they’re so busy, often for over an hour, which is particularly frustrating when you only have a simple question! And if you miss their call you have to go back and wait in line calling back! You also don’t have a direct contact like you would with AWM. It added so much stress to an already stressful process (due to picking the wrong solicitor!).

Our house sale/purchase fell through so we were back to square one!

We reached out to AWM for advise and they were so helpful and advised they could deal even with our porting product, even if we stayed with same provider. So when we found new house this is exactly what we did, and how we wished we made that call for advise sooner!!! The second time was plain sailing. They dealt with provider directly, it feels like they have a direct hotline to speak to them, because we received progress from provider so quickly!

The stress from our new house purchase process was relieved with AWM, they were so professional making sure we get our product sorted quickly so it doesn’t hold things up as well as getting us best rates for the combination of porting and new product we were after. Furthermore, they are very friendly, easy to deal with and answer the phone quickly!
