I used Anneli for a kitchen modification which required a building warrant to be submitted as it involved removing a load bearing wall. Very early on in the project Anneli identified an issue that made the project unfeasible. By doing this Anneli saved me a considerable amount of money in Structural Engineer and further Architect fees. I would highly recomend Anneli.
