I have been fortunate enough to have been mentored and supported by Annie for the last 7 years. During my time at university, Annie was the course leader for my degree - she continually gave me advice about my personal goals and aspirations and how I could achieve them. As a result, from her mentoring, I achieved a First Class Degree (BSc with Honours) After graduation, I stayed in touch with Annie and she has helped with my career direction and has also given me ideas as to what options are out there in the Thoroughbred Industry. Peak Potential: what can I say but GO!
It's definitely not a skiing holiday and to be honest I slept straight for 12 hours on my return; but its 100% worth it.
The mixture of coaching and skiing is the perfect combination. The two experiences complement each other so much; because as your skiing improves your mind gains clarity.
Annie and Polly are amazing coaches; taking us out on the mountain to run a session will be something I never forget. Barney kept us informed, organised and entertained. They are simply legends.
The support of the group was second to none and we laughed, cried, hugged and completely supported and encouraged each other during this amazing week.
It is set in the most beautiful location & you're super close to the slopes and the town.
I highly recommend Peak Potential; I'll be one who returns.

The thought of spending a week with a group of people that one has never met before may induce feelings of anxiety in some but the coaches really did a great job putting together the group for Peak Potential 2020. We all gelled so well and instantly hit it off resulting in a caring, safe, and supportive space to be coached and learn to ski (for me, as I was totally new to skiing and coaching) and I really believe that after one week together I have made friends for life and we will continue to support each other after all we have experienced and learned from this programme.

I felt the coaches really got a good sense of each participants needs in relation to the type of coaching that was appropriate for them. For me I recognised early that 1:1 coaching would suit me better than group coaching and the coaches were flexible to allow this to happen. However, I was still a participant in the group sessions and these sessions were a great introduction to the ethos of coaching. The use of the mountains to have some coaching sessions really helped expand the thought process when using objects/nature as analogies for our goal setting. One of the exercises that I found insightful was learning about labelling my strengths and learning how to utilize these in a way that benefits me in my personal and working life.  I felt Polly really sought to understand me and has a way to hear what I was not saying whether I was aware of it or not and intuitively nurtured me. Annie is a great listener, very clear very gentle but equally energised and dynamic and radiates enthusiasm.

I can vouch as a total beginner to skiing that Skivo2 (the company this programme uses for accommodation, ski hire and instruction) is fantastic. Annie, Polly and Barney are seasoned travellers to Courchevel and know all the right people so it really feels like you are a VIP, they know the mountain and are great guides in addition to being great coaches and just all-round great people.

So, whether you are new or experienced at skiing, new or experienced with coaching, this programme really is a unique life experience that can only enhance you for the better.

I completed a course with Annie, and can safely say I did not realise I needed this before I did it... it was a huge relevation for myself both personally and professionally. Annie was brilliant at getting the best out of me without me realising and allowing myself to come to my own conclusions.
