You could not pay me to use Ansons Solicitors again! The lack of care and communication has been appalling. I was promised an update on 29th January and I am still waiting. I have emailed them asking for a response 4 times and have been completely ignored. I was declined an update when I tried to call today. I have never had such terrible service! I am
Shocked and disappointed by the lack of respect they have for their clients.

Tracey lane at Anson's was fabulous when dealing with my late mother's estate.
She was curteous and knowledgeable. She supported me every step of the way. The fee was very reasonable. The staff at Anson's are efficient and helpful too. Thank you for your help at a very sad time.

Completely useless, shame as they talk a good fight and promise the work, take your money and then you're just fobbed off with "oh they are not in today, can I take your number and get them to message you back" which they never do!
Do yourself a favour, stay away!
