On recommendation from a friend I have had the pleasure of dealing with Clare Lee at Anthill and Co with regard to the purchase of two properties. As a result of their detailed survey which identified expensive construction issues I was forced to pull out of a purchase. Very quick and responsive service. Far and away the most thorough survey report I have ever seen, even though it was only the basic RICS Level 2 Home Survey.

Very useful survey. Told me that I would have a loft, which I didn't know. Mentioned many issues that I would not have noticed myself, including the condition of bike and bin sheds, trees in adjacent gardens, and walls adjoining parking spaces, as well as a thorough survey on the condition of the main house.

The survey highlighted a number of issues that need attention before or after the purchase. It helped me make a decision on whether to proceed.
