I've just completed a 6 week foundation course with AWC. Before doing this, I was struggling with a poor sleep pattern and frequently feeling low in energy. By following the advice and building in healthy habits, my sleep quality is improving and I have more energy through the day. I'm now focused on achieving my medium and long term fitness goals. Liam has been very supportive throughout - I would thoroughly recommend this course!

Liam and Rollo were a pleasure to work with during our 6 week foundation course. They shared so many valuable ways to introduce new habits and maintain them, and gave lots of expert advice.
