I am delighted with Aquila Management Services, who have been an exceptional property factor. Paul Clark is very knowledgeable, helpful and "hands on". He attends all or most owners' meetings and his advice and arrangements for the property have been outstanding. His arrangements for maintenance and repair represent excellent value for money, in my opinion. Paul is also very responsive and will quickly answer owners' queries with straightforward reliable advice. I cannot recommend Aquila too highly.

My partner and I had a lovely gentleman called Grahame round to help replace a couple windows and to repair an additional window. As soon as he heard about the job he made us feel valued from the start. He came round and measured for new windows and checked everything out, let us know when the new windows would be available and came back to install them and repair the other window. He was a delight to have and he got to work as soon as he arrived. He was friendly and I would recommend him to anyone who needs windows measured and fitted. Thank you again 🙂
