Literally took just over 7 minutes to sort my problem out. Must of been seconds after pressing option 2 that she answered my call with a very friendly personality on the other end. I think we spoke about car issues for 5 of the 7 minutes.
Unfortunately I forgot her name, but she is exactly what I would want as a role model for a company. Friendly, and professional. If all customer services performed like this, things would be a lot easier for everyone.

Exceptional Service from Martin Wicks

I cannot recommend Martin highly enough! He assisted me with a gym membership dispute that had been dragging on for over two years, causing me immense distress. Martin was utterly brilliant throughout the entire process. He truly empathised with the frustration I had been experiencing and approached the situation with genuine care and understanding.

In less than 48 hours, Martin had completely resolved the issue, clearing all the so-called "debt". His communication was absolutely superb—clear, prompt, and reassuring at every step.

This experience has been a real eye-opener for me. I’ve never been in a situation like this before and had always found the idea of dealing with "debt collectors" intimidating. However, Martin has shown me that they are real people who approach situations calmly and with the aim of helping to resolve them.
