Poor service, a beam was designed by Arcelle to bear on my neighbours wall. My neighbour was obviously not keen on this solution.

No consultation/communication was made with myself or my architect prior. Simple error maybe but when I queried the design I was told I would have to pay again to get it rectified/redesigned. I cut my loses and used a more reputable engineer.

Amazing turnaround and very cost effective. Needed detailed calculations for steel beams to create cut roof.

Arcelle were able to provide quality detailed drawings. Could not fault them, they were available whenever we had any questions.

Saf and his team, a special thanks to both him and Asim, were extremely helpful and responsive to my queries, ensuring I was able to secure my house purchase after having a thorough site inspection conducted by Saf. He followed up with a call describing any raised issues and concerns, and continually kept in touch for any further queries I had to pass over.

Arcelle were recommended to me through a friend. They provided designs for a garage and loft conversion. Very helpful throughout as they advised me on different options. I have since recommended Arcelle to family members whom were satisfied with their services

very rude
had a disagreement with engineer and was shouted at on the phone with the supposedly educated engineer swearing at me. it is unprofessional to swear at someone and demand money without even showing or agreeing on the final calculations to which i never even had a chance to see , as things turned sour after he he used such foul language.
I never stoop low to the engineers level and never said anything bad although didn't have a chance as the engineer was on his on mission to rant rant and rant.

i would never recommend this firm after this experience although they did some work in the past which was ok but i am amazed how disgusting the engineer was on the phone.
Any work they carried out in the past for me is now tarnished with this experience.

just as a note if arcelle want to refute this review i would remind them the call was recorded in which i was nothing but professional.
A disagreement should not result in the need to use such disgusting language.
