Sent an online inquiry & received a prompt call from Bradley who invited me to their office straight away for an informal chat.
I received such a lovely welcome from one of the team when I arrived.
Bradley was also very welcoming & a pleasure to talk to. He listened & provided me with honest genuine advice & broke it down in a way that I understand.

Phil Perry is a very approachable person and has looked after our investments for several years. He has a knack of explaining complex information in a way that we can understand.
One of the most important things that I was looking for when first signing up with ARK was the ability to speak with someone you know and not to a Helpdesk in another country. I would wholeheartedly recommend ARK Financial Services based on recent experiences. An elderly relative needed support in reviewing some longstanding investments and we were aided in this by Bradley Booth Financial Advisor. Bradley shared his considerable knowledge and experience in a way which the layperson can clearly understand. I have had my investments managed with ARK for nearly 20 years now, in that time I have built up a strong relationship with Phil Perry who has given me excellent advice over the years. He meets to discuses and update me on my portfolio on a regular basis.
Initially Phil combined and simplified the multiple company pension schemes I had acquired over the years and accumulated them for me within my investment portfolio which has today left me in a very favorable position one I certainly wouldn't have been in without all his help and advise.
More recently he's guided me through the options and labyrinth of pension rules and regulations explaining everything in a very simple and understandable language.
Phil is always very professional but at the same time very friendly and caring, he always has time and patience to answer every question in a clear and plain speaking manor, I always feel relaxed about saying if there's something I don't understand, which is quite often, (no question is a stupid question!)
Phil is excellent at his work and genuinely cares about his clients, I would definitely recommend him and ARK without hesitation.
