I was recently shown an apartment by Natalia and the experience was outstanding - unlike any other agency. She confirmed our appointment by email, checked on the day of that I was still coming. She was there before me and was knowledgeable about the apartment and the area. First estate agent that had booties so that we wouldn't need to take our shoes off. After the appointment she followed up with the extra information that she had promised to provide - straightforward and honest communication. This is what apartment buying should be like. Simple things that make a difference.
