Working with Stuart Johnson was a joy from start to finish. As a solo first time buyer although I knew I could find a mortgage myself, I wasn't confident that I was going for the right thing, and it was difficult to work out what the impact of all the interest rate changes would be.

Without Stuart's help, I would never have found the deal that I have gone for. Throughout the entire process he has been prompt, patient and proactive - actively searching for a better deal with each new budget announcement. I really couldn't recommend him highly enough, his advice is by far the best investment of my house purchase so far.

We worked with Chris at APA a few years ago when we bought our house and the experience was the smoothest and easiest part of the process, which is exactly what you need! Not only that, but Chris touches base with us to let us know how long there is to go on our fixed rate so we can consider future plans. He has also provided information on how it might work to borrow against the mortgage for a building project. We also sorted out life insurance via Chris; again, really simple and smooth. Never any high pressure, just timely information and quality, reliable advice and service.
