Our experience with Aspire Residential over our 4.5-year tenancy was deeply disappointing and frustrating. The agent who dealt with our tenancy, Sarah, consistently displayed an unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. Her tone was often rude, blunt, and passive-aggressive, making communication unnecessarily difficult and stressful.

Throughout our tenancy, we constantly had to chase for updates regarding maintenance issues or general queries about the property, as responses were either delayed or not provided at all. When we were seeking to end our tenancy early due to an ongoing issue, Sarah’s behaviour was particularly upsetting — she practically shouted down the phone at me while I was heavily pregnant, which was completely unacceptable.

When I raised concerns about her tone and conduct, they were entirely dismissed without any acknowledgement or attempt to address them. This lack of accountability and basic professionalism was extremely disappointing.

Overall, we would not recommend Aspire Residential. Our experience has left us feeling upset and dissatisfied, and we strongly believe that Sarah should be spoken to regarding her attitude and conduct. We will certainly never use Aspire Residential again.

I recently needed to purchase a studio flat in the West Worthing area within a very tight deadline. Mike and his team were very supportive and a transaction was completed very quickly. Mike's introduction to Lings, an efficient local solicitor, also helped considerably. I would have no hesitation in using Aspire again or in recommending to others.

Used Aspire to sell my property. It was a very stressful journey due to issues with property I was buying. When needed, Mike Jones always contacted any party to get bits resolved. He has a calm nature which is vital in stressful situations it helped when I started to panic. Really lovely bunch of people at te office.

Tried to rent a property from this agency.

Took about 4 or 5 phone calls before I could actually get hold of anybody from the lettings department . When I finally could, we arranged an appointment which they told me was their 'first available' appointment a week later to sort the contract.

The day before, they tell me the place has already gone to someone else, but they will ring me back to tell me if they can sort me anything else... surprise surprise they didn't. Cost me hundreds of pounds for van hire, taking a day off work, and wasting a day packing a ton of stuff.

I'll look elsewhere when I come to purchase a property.

We had the pleasure of working with Mike Taylor at Aspire Residential while trying to purchase a home, and although the sale ultimately didn’t go through, I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Mike was absolutely incredible, and his dedication and professionalism stood out from day one.

As a buyer, I’ve always been a bit cautious about estate agents, as they typically work for the seller, and it can feel like they don't always have the buyer’s interests in mind. However, with Mike, it was a completely different experience. For the first time, I felt I could fully trust an estate agent as a buyer. He was transparent, considerate, and went above and beyond to make sure we were well-informed and comfortable every step of the way.

Over the almost three months we worked together, Mike consistently demonstrated honesty, kindness, and genuine care for both sides of the process. I’m truly disappointed that the sale didn’t go through—not only because we missed out on the property but because Mike genuinely deserved the commission for all his hard work.

If and when I decide to sell a property, Aspire Residential will be my first choice, without hesitation. Mike’s level of service is a rare find, and I can’t recommend him or Aspire Residential highly enough. Thank you, Mike, for all that you did!

Sold my house with Aspire, and the service and price were both fantastic! Nothing was an issue, and the communication was top class. I was hesitant about moving as didn’t want all the hassle that comes with it, but both Mikes and the rest of the Aspire team made that journey very smooth. 12 weeks from offer to moving with two others in the chain, no complaints from me, and would highly recommend Aspire!

Aspire were alright at first with assisting us as we were first time buyers, until we had to move out prematurely through no fault of ours (landlord wanted to sell the property). During the process of leaving they were very unprofessional at times and seemed pushy to complete the process quickly without ensuring we understood or were happy with what was going on. Due to this me and my partner will never use their services again or at least certainly not as a first option. I am extremely unhappy and appalled with the treatment we received.
