All in all a fantastic experience - got a level 3 survey; contact was prompt, friendly and I was very happy with the conciseness, clarity and level of detail within the report (which was promptly delivered). It came with a large number (everything I could want) of images, inc. thermographic & drone roof shots.

The email contact was polite, and extremely patient and helpful, going out of their way to help me.

I’d recommend to family / friends, and should I find myself needing a survey again - i’ll be straight back.

Excellent surveyors! We had a RICS level 3 survey undertaken for a very competitive price and the level of detail was outstanding. They highlighted many issues with the property we were purchasing. Plenty of photographs, thermographic images, damp readings and drone shots of the roof, all compiled in a very detailed report. Very impressed and would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone who requires a property survey. Much more competitive than bigger companies.

We had the level 3 survey carried out on a bungalow we were purchasing and were extremely pleased with the detail and thoroughness. A lot of photographs were provided too, enabling us to understand the amount of work needed on the property. It highlighted a few things which we were unaware of. Really great service from Atherstone St. James - We instructed them for a homebuyers survey the lead times were great and there was a fast turn around for the report. The report was extremely thorough with lots of photos to aid in visualisation with the comments on the property. Would definitely recommend and use again, thank you!

We engaged Atherstone St James’ for a level 3 survey on a house we fell in love with in Stafford. The comprehensive report they provided highlighted a multitude of issues with the property that we were able to get repaired at the vendors cost prior to completing our purchase, saving us thousands in repairs and maintenance. Should the need arise in the future I would certainly use them again.
