The fact that I see less than 5 star reviews is puzzling to me. From the first day of working with Simon & Matt as the Senior Team, through to Timothy, Justin, Robyn & Peter, with Pablo doing the development at the back end, our website build and digital marketing engagement from the outset has been exceptional. Always making themselves available for us to answer queries, they created a lifestyle brand for us, came up with some great concepts and designs for the website, held our hand through setting up socials and SEO and since we engaged with Atomic on the 'Per Pay Click' campaign the inquiries we now receive has been transformational going from a handful to over 30 in less than a month. We continue to engage directly, the Team continue to support, sometimes going above and beyond but always putting our objectives first.

I can highly recommend Atomic. We have been working with Atomic for some time now. They have designed and created 5 fantastic websites for us, with a complex back end system for our users, as well as some custom event software our users are able to utilize for our corporate events. We are now also in the final stages of launching apps through Atomic.

The service Atomic offers is second to none. They have a large team and every aspect is skilfully handled. Our main point of contact is Tim Bechtel. Tim is one of the friendliest and most helpful people you will ever do business with. We have been having weekly calls for over a year now due to the complex nature and scope of our projects, with multiple sites and apps. I genuinely look forward to our calls. Tim is knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is ever a problem to him and there is always a quick solution or idea. Even if I ask questions out of hours on Whatsapp etc, Tim is always quick to respond. I have been kept up to date on the whole process from the very start and I have great confidence in all the development aspects. Although I have overseen the development of many new websites over the year, I have no IT background, so Tim has been very patient in explaining the more complex issues in a way I could understand and helped to guide me to produce the best results.

The whole team is incredible. From start to finish I have been impressed. From Ellie at the original quote stage, working with Heidee on designs, as well as the input from both Simon and Matt, I can genuinely say I enjoy dealing with the whole team.

The designs they have created for us really work well for our business needs. Because we have many site users, there has been particularly attention paid to the UI and making it simple and effective. Tim and the team has guided us through all this, with their ideas and experience being incorporated. The feedback we have had from our clients on the new system is excellent and it has been a great update to our business.

Unlike many other companies and developers I have dealt with over the years, Atomic has given sensible deadlines and stuck to them. The only time we have ever missed a planned deadline has been when we have made changes to the scope during the process. They deliver high quality and on time. We also use some of Atomic’s add on services such as hosting, maintenance and security. Everything always works well, is kept up to date and flawless.

As I’m sure is clear, I have great faith in Atomic and have no doubt I will be continuing to work with them for many years to come. In the 13 years my business has been going, this is our 4th development of new sites / systems. We have used different companies each time with mixed results. But with Atomic I really see a long term future of cooperation and development, and will continue to work with them to keep our systems relevant and functional for my clients.
