When I was searching for a company to conduct the air testing for my new dwelling , I landed on ATSPACE website. I completed the contact me form very easily and within a couple of hours I got a call and an email from Emily. Emily was super helpful, polite and assisted me in booking for an air test. As I needed it done urgently they managed to give me a slot the very next day. James then reached out to me via email and call and explained the process and what I needed to have in place ahead of the testing. He was really helpful and coordinated well with his team as well as me. I was assigned an engineer Gerrard, who was very knowledgeable and super helpful during his visit. He helped us achieve our desired air testing rating and Emily shared the final report in under 24 hours after the testing had been completed.

The team at ATSPACE are super efficient, friendly and professional in what they do. I would highly recommend them and will use them going forward.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
ATSPACE exceeded my expectations. Cameron was super helpful and Professional, he assisted me in booking for an air test. He managed to give me a slot the very next day. I was assigned an engineer Simon, who was very knowledgeable and super helpful during his visit. We have received the final report just the day after the testing had been completed. The team at ATSPACE are super efficient, friendly and professional in what they do. James was very helpful too. Very pleased and will use them again in the future.

Highly recommend! ATSPACE exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Ellison who was fantastic. He worked to a tight timescale and prepared my SAP report extremely promptly. In addition, Joe has been so helpful answering subsequent questions and offering very useful advice. I'm a very happy customer!

We have had a very positive experience using Atspace Ltd on our project, they have carried out the integrity test to the smoke shaft. We have had some difficulties with the shaft but Atspace have been brilliant with their customer service. Lucy Capps and the engineer Gerrard have been really accommodative and helped relieve some stress with their customer service.

We worked with Harriet, Gerrard and Matt to finalise our testing certificates for air tightness and SAPs and had a great experience. They were very diligent, responsive and proactive. We were very impressed with the speed of their services, which greatly helped us out and the costs, which were reasonable.
