Our band tour to Normandy involved a whole day of coach travel each way plus various drop off and pick up points whilst there. The journeys were comfortable and smoothly driven. Even a decent loo! But what struck all of us the most was the cheerful and helpful attitude of our driver, Pinder. Always smiling, always fully involved with loading and unloading our instruments. I hope we see him again.

We had a fantastic experience with our driver, Brett, who took our school group to London today. From the moment we got on the coach, Brett was incredibly friendly and welcoming to both staff and students. His communication with the school staff throughout the day was excellent, keeping everything running smoothly.

What really stood out was his thoughtfulness and care — due to the hot weather, Brett went above and beyond by stopping at the shops to get water bottles for everyone on the coach. It was such a kind and considerate gesture that made a big difference to the comfort of the journey.

Brett also handled the London traffic brilliantly, driving safely and calmly even during the busiest peak times.

We would love for Brett to be commended for his thoughtfulness — it did not go unnoticed and was deeply appreciated by everyone. We’re so grateful for his professionalism and warm approach, and we’re looking forward to more trips with him in the future!

I was on the coach that Sean and Dan drove to and from Bilbao for the Europa League final (40+ hours of driving in 2.5 days) and they were amazing! Always felt safe and very grateful for their efficiency which meant we got to Bilbao hours before many of the other coaches that left at the same time as us (and on the way back too!). They kept us in the loop with what going on, the bus was super clean and had USB chargers which were very handy!

I would like to say what a wonderful trip we had to Normandy, nothing was to much for our driver Pinder who was always smiling and cheerful. The hours in the coach were very comfortable and Pinder was excellent at manoeuvring the it with the trailer attached. Weil done Pinder and Austen Clark.

The buses are always well-maintained and the drivers are always punctual. The office staff have been amazing too, nothing has been too trouble. On the day, our driver was extremely knowledgeable, in addition to being friendly and adaptable to our needs on the day.

We ran to schedule and our driver made sure we were on time to our destination and our return back to our site.
