I cannot recommend Auto Claims Assist more highly. Following an accident involving our car, we approached them to file a no-fault claim against the other driver's insurance. Auto Claims Assist... Absolutely fantastic people I've dealt with. I was in road accident with 100% third party at fault. Claim process went very quick and smooth. Every step was explained to me with very detail. I always knew what would happen next. And most important: honest valuation of your loss, so no bitter fighting over money. Temporary replacement vehicle almost instant (at cost of 3rd party insurer). Whole process took only 3 weeks which I've found very quick. And worth to point out, no effect on my insurance.

Auto Claims Assist are amazing!
I was getting nowhere with my insurance company after being the front car in three that was hit while queuing for an exit on the A12. I was cut out by the fire service and taken to hospital. The car was an obvious write off. They would not give me a hire car even though I had comprehensive insurance and a hire car was mentioned in the policy. It turned out that it was only available during any repair but as mine was a total loss, no car. They suggested I contact the insurance company of the person that caused the accident (information from the police as they were prosecuting him), got nowhere as they said their client had not been in contact. A week later after calling daily and they said go back to your own insurance company. I did that only to be told that I needed to make a claim. I stated that I had claimed on the day after the accident (16.04.2025), I had filled in a detailed form showing positions of vehicles etc. I even had a claim number. Apparently this was not the claim. I said, after calming down that I needed to make a claim, still no hire car available and they also said I was responsible for the recovery and storage charge since the accident. At that point I lost it a bit.
In desperation I searched the internet and found this company and read the reviews. I was a bit sceptical as they were all great reviews. The best thing that I have done in years is ring Auto Claims Assist.
From the initial call, the guy could not have been more helpful. He explained everything and reassured me that I would not pay anything. So with my fingers crossed I said lets do it. This was around 11 in the morning after I had spent wasted time with my insurance company. By one o'clock I had spoken to my claims handler Ron, it took about 30 minutes to go thorugh everything and then I was contacted by their fleet section and by four o'clock I had a new MG Hybrid hire car delivered. I was constantly informed of every step of my claim by Ron. Within a couple of days the car was checked and valued, all cost paid by auto claims assist and within three weeks of joining them I was paid out fully. I am still with their solictors going through a personal injury claim. They even arranged the physio.
I cannot emphasise enough how stress free this process was. If it ever happened again I would straight to ACA. This is 100% genuine account of what happened and my case number is 161864 and my name is Mike Moore. Do yourself a favour, if in doubt call them
