Absolutely shocking bus company! Bus drivers smoking behind the wheel. Dressed like scruffs with hoodies on and hoods up! Absolutely nothing professional about this company! Emailed a complaint last week and it’s been met with silence! Shame I had to give them one star to even write this review!

on the 400 Just going from Partick bus station to the Great Western Road retail park and just to put it like this the bus Was just the worst one I’ve ever seen in my life the metal is falling Breaking apart Smoke is coming out the bike the balls are falling apart the floor is Very dirty and falling apart the bus is smoking driving with one hand and they got off the bus waiting for it coming back and guess what? Got on the same one and the bus broke down across the road and he stopped right in the middle of the road to talk to him and get him a🚬 Oh yes, it gets better sat at the back of the bus coming back to Partick Bus station and I could see the engine from the seat because it was falling away. I thought I was going to break my back. I will never get on your bus again the worst service most dangerous bus and driver I had ever seen and I thought First Bus was bad. well done you win, the bus company 👏👏👏😳😳😳

Travelled on the 300 bus today at approx 3:15 from Clydebank to Duntocher. Driver packed far too many people on the bus, mainly High School pupils carrying large backpacks. People trying to get off the bus had a real struggle to get past. The bus was so crowded that a lady panicked and had to leave her seat and stand near the driver. As I left the bus I mentioned to the driver that there were too many people on the bus. Immediately she was on the defensive and was very rude. I said if she had to stop suddenly all the children standing would go down like a pack of cards. She didn't care and said the bus company was there to make money. She then said she was a good driver and wouldn't need to stop suddenly. I am also a parent and if any of my family were injured on an Avondale bus I wouldn't hesitate to contact my lawyer. I wonder if this extremely rude, aggressive driver would have as much to say if she had to face the parents of injured children. I tried to call Avondale several times today to talk about this but it seems they don't answer the phone. I have also tried the email address on their website but that doesn't work either. Just keeps saying an error has occurred. They really don't want to know.

They need a depot. From what I've seen, it looks like they're struggling to stay in business. I take my hat off to them for being persistent and keeping their heads up and soldier on, no matter what....
