My school bus driver Stuart is absolutely amazing so welcoming and such a safe driver but on another hand the coaches to school are always late and 2 drivers in particular have very unsafe driving

Just followed a Bagnalls school coach home - badly speeding through heavily pedestrianised areas, aggressive approach to any hazard, forcing their way through incredibly narrow spaces at speed so other road users having to take evasive action clinging for dear life to the edge of the road, cutting blind corners - genuinely dangerous, and all with school kids on board. Suggest you take a careful look in the mirror, metaphorically and literally, before someone gets seriously hurt.

awful company, its horrendous this is. fire this driver, drives without lookin at road, cares more about her job than 70 lives she should be takin care of. absolute diplodocus, would ride again👍👍

Had a Bagnall's Coach on a Alfa Holiday. Lovely comfortable coach and Stuart our driver was a credit. Not just a good driver but he is caring and very friendly.

Wolves game to Wembley. Game finished, got back ti coach at 7:20pm following game to be told they refuse to move until 9pm due to driving hours. Very pourly managed drivers by the company. How do drivers clock up enough daily hours from Cannock to Wembley - ridiculous! Won't use again

This bagnalls company has the worst manager ever.he rudly points and people and yell at people for bo reason.he is distracting himself from driving by looking back at everyone just to tell them off.whenever we need to get off to got to school he would shout at us.the teachers alway always politely request for us to get of but the manager just speaks back rudely. We are having to sit in silence every time we have him.

To ben smith about the wembley run it was not company fault it the person who organised the trip we drivers have to stick to the law we only can do 15 hrs in a day if they made pick up time later we would of been ok but we didnt like getting verbal abuse from the passengers we was only doing our job
