Just wanted to add our review for the excellent service we have received from Ritchie Whiting at Baker Davis helping us with our first mortgage together. Ritchie is very thorough and every bit of information was always on hand and nicely explained to us, especially on some areas we weren’t too sure about. Ritchie was recommended through a friend. He is so good- gives such unbiased and honest advise as both a mortgage and financial advisor. He does his research, is realistic and even though he works on commission (meaning you don’t need to pay a huge fee) it is clear this doesn’t impact his advice. You aren’t talking to just a mortgage advisor but also someone knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a house and cares about you and your finances. 10/10 🫶🏼

Ritchie has been helping us with getting our first mortgage. We obviously have no knowledge of how it all works, not just the mortgage, but the extras that you would not really think about, ie life insurance, will, etc. He has been a joy and made the whole process run smoothly and more understandable to us. Ritchie Whiting assisted us with the purchase of our first home. He helped us understand the ins and outs of a mortgage, and worked tirelessly to get us the right one. We had suffered a few bumps along the way- having to pull out of a sale and secure a mortgage on a new home before insane inflation increases. However Ritchie made it all possible. I was so impressed with his service, he also arranged payment protection insurance for myself. We will certainly be back to use his services!
