I've got nothing but praise for Baltic.
They want to get work for you, and put you in a place where you'll fit. But not only that, they want you to be work-ready and I was added to a training course so I could hit the ground running on my placement. Which I did, and now I've been taken on full time by the firm I was placed with.
There are a lot of really poor recruitment firms in the north east, but Baltic isn't one of them. Give them a call and see what they can do for you. They certainly changed my life.

Would highly recommend not contacting them about any jobs, they will have you do a 3 day course with a promise of a start date on completion. I completed the course back in June and everytime I have rang them all I get is they are still waiting on start dates yet advertising every week with jobs?!!!

I would like to thank Lindsey and her team for keeping me upbeat and confident during my time with them at whs plastics in Pickering I was struggling with the place at first as I'd never worked in that sort of erea but she kept me upbeat and I am still there so thank you very much to Lindsey and her team

I'm quite disappointed in this agency. I've given an extra star as the people from the agency who I dealt with initially, were very nice. Attended a 3 day course for £100. Over a week on and I haven't been called to start for work. I chased the agency up last week and they said they would contact me when there is start dates. Heard nothing since.

I have manufacturing experience, some dont, so why get loads of people enrolled in this course, especially those without experience, to do a course, when work is not promised? This is wasting peoples time and £100 doesn't cover bills. Some, like me, gave the agency the benefit of the doubt.

I won't bother working for this agency even if there is employment offered, after this experience.

I worked for boltic for a good while Linsey helped me alot while working for them before I had full time employed by the company I was working for but I would definitely recommend this company. But also pass there detail on for people to get on board also help while I could to give people lifts that wanted to work in same department/ same shift

I was contacted by the team at Baltic recruitment in
Newton Aycliffe after applying for a job on Indeed.
Unfortunately I was out of the country at the time .
This was no trouble to them.
When I got back in the UK I was contacted again by Siobhan who took care of everything. Interview was arranged. I was told by her what the job basically entered. Everything I needed to know was explained.
I went for an interview, got the job. All is going well.
Siobhan and the team were friendly, very helpful
And totally honest about the job.
A team to trust.
