Having been turned down for a mortgage application, we turned to Barr's in desperation, they got us a mortgage within a week and at a lower rate, they chased everything and kept us updated the whole time, don't be put off by the initial fee, it will turn out to be an absolute bargain, we'll NEVER apply for another mortgage without going through them! Use with complete confidence... 🙂
