What can I say it's night and day dealing with the company. From Neil who took the time in answering my questions, showing me their coaches to Emma who answered ALL my emails and questions within a reasonable time, this place respects it's customers and potential business.

Highly recommended compared to other coach companies in Fife who are more concerned about themselves than anything else.

Can't wait to work closely with these guys going forward. Very professional and their coaches are of high quality.

I booked Bay Travel coaches to transport our wedding guests in June of this year. In the lead up to the wedding I had a bad feeling about the coaches as communication was pretty terrible. I sent several unanswered emails and finally got someone on the phone to confirm the details. For this reason I sent a specific email with the exact timings for the day to ensure the guests got to our wedding on time. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The bus did not show up to one the pick up points leaving guests waiting at a hotel. The guests on the bus tried to tell the driver there was two stops but he told them there wasn't. I had to sort out taxis for my guests whilst I was waiting to be picked up in my wedding dress. Although this was a hugely stressful situation I have to say the company's response afterwards was very good. They apologised immediately and have reimbursed me for the taxis which I appreciate - this would otherwise be a one star review. If you choose to book this company just make sure you have an email trail to back you up if it all goes wrong.

Baytravelbuses are fine most of the drivers are nice then you have others that are grumpy very disrespectful to many elderly people and these drivers are in their late 40. Iget the 13 bus that's the only bus we get

Great bus company Scottish too not German like stagecoach and what have the new owners want a stagecoach computerized driverless buses so probably pay of there drivers too big money saving tactic but what people have to mind computers can be hacked aww Al say is mind the film SPEED a bus as a weapon .......you guys at bay travel keep yer chins up yous will be the biggest bus company in Scotland in future keep up this great service and don't go computerized as far as a have herd no one is going to use them 🤣😂 aww it's gony do is do all there drivers out a job plus mechanics ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
