Today, due to a mix up of info for pick up times, I missed the coach to London's Mountbatten concert at the Royal Albert Hall. A performance by the Royal Marines Band.
However, due to the caring proffesionalism of Bayliss coaches, a car was sent to take me to join the coach at a safe point on the motorway. The thought was that they would do everything possible to make sure I ddn't miss this concert I felt very humbled by this. A truly wonderful action.
The pick up car driven by Rob got me to the coach and Fred the driver of the coach both treated me with absolute respect and ensured my day out happened.
Thankyou Bayliss coaches. A truly caring, professional company.
The concert was amazing.

Saturday 22nd March visited Royal Albert Hall.....for the Marines concert

Again year after year absolutely 5 star .......we travelled with Bayliss excellent service as always......driver Geoff amazing nothing to much trouble for him .......admist the west end traffic .....Bayliss you certainly have a 5star for this gentleman and that's what he is a perfect gent......a driver can make or break your trip ......Geoff excellent you my man are a star ........made our day absolutely amazing......

First time we've been with this company.
Very impressed with the friendly and helpful driver and courier on our trip to Saville gardens.
Shame it was unfortunately spoiled that two drunk women in front of me on the coach tried to pick an unfounded argument with me. But they can't choose their customers.

Did the 2023 Armistice Day tour, my first time for both visiting Ypres, and travelling with Bayliss. The coach was very comfortable (and I am far from slender), the driving team of Tony and James professional and efficient, and the guide, Trevor, knowledgeable and friendly. It was an extremely long day, but everything ran smoothly, and we were all delivered back to our destinations in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Bayliss.

Bayliss provided a 49 seater coach to transport our wedding guests to our venue. They had 2 drop offs and I have been informed they arrived on time and the driver was very friendly! On the return, they were delayed leaving due to our guests enjoying themselves! And there was no complaints. Thank you for making our transport seamless for our special day.
