Having approached becket chambers for them to confirm whether Paul Tapsell works for them or as a separate entity. I find them to be obstructive, Paul Eaton is obstructive rude and evasive. As is Paul Richard Tapsell. I’ve made a formal complaint and they refuse to envoke their complaint procedure, they appear not to have one for the general public. I have now referred this matter to the legal ombudsman. Highly recommend do not use becket chambers for any legal work. Paul Tapsell deliberately undermined the evidence and failed to present it in an public inquiry as he was employed by Canterbury city council on other cases and his interest was in keeping in their pocket rather than me his client. He withheld evidence and deliberately undermined the case to benefit the council. This man is a criminal and should be sent to Dartmoor prison should there be space.
