Absolutely amazing personal service yet again in September 2024. We wouldn't go anywhere else and will be back in touch in a couple of years to sort out a new deal. Franki helped us out with organising the porting of our existing mortgage for a bigger property and the process was really smooth from start to finish for what we though might be a tricky process. Franki gave fantastic advice every step of the way and helped us work out our options to get a good rate and manageable monthly payment. Franki really does go above and beyond and is extremely approachable and reassuring with any question no matter how small. If you need mortgage advice definitely get in touch!

Franki has been amazing, if you are worried at all about the process of getting a mortgage get in touch with her, highly recommended.
Friendly, approachable, straight forward, diligent and really put’s you at ease. Great communication throughout the process as well.
We had an offer accepted on a property and had originally gone direct to a large lender, but when our contact there started casting doubts over which figures I should submit for my self employed income we were left in a panic. (Turns out he was completely clueless). I then phoned Franki in a panic late on a Friday, and she kindly worked after hours to put my mind at ease and confirm that I had in fact submitted all the correct figures. I can’t thank her enough for doing this as I was instantly reassured.

From there on in Franki guided us through the process, ensured all the correct documentation was in place and gave me confidence that the mortgage would go through. Fast forward a week or two and we now have an offer in place, with a good fixed rate deal. As our moving date wasn’t too far away, she even fast tracked the application to make sure we had it in time.
