I contacted Bentley Solicitors via Yellow Pages and it was one of the best things, at a very low and frustrating time that I could have done.
Understanding, Listening, Informative and Caring (something I don't think I would have ever said about solicitors). What really stood out was empathy to my problem, then the guidance as to how to sort it out. I cannot praise Gwyn Andrews enough, quick to respond to my queries and a sure guide through the legal avenues. A very good service at a very fair price. Gwyn and Bentley Solicitors really do deserve 5 Stars and I firmly recommend them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shane Markham at Bentley solicitors. Extremely professional and friendly, was very understanding and took the time to carefully listen. This made the process stress free and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my family and friends. Great result and a much quicker resolution than I was expecting. I'm 41 and i remember these from when I was a kid I was only very young 6 or 7 maybe 8 can't remember my dad contacted Bentley solicitors. just mainly remember getting a cheque when I was 18 mostly lol anyway I got in contact with them again when I was in my mid 20s yep again ended up with a cheque lol and now ive got a ongoing road traffic accident with them that was not my fault so expecting summat decent hopfully. I did have carpenters dealing with this road traffic accident at first due to getting recommended by insurance hastings but that was not good experience with carpenters due to no contact hardly and a very unprofessional woman dealings with my case. Never again. Anyway I was scared to move my case to another solicitor so was putting up with this rude unprofessional woman until I contacted her manager. But then I was stressed worrying about my ongoing case I was upset and not trusting carpenters with my ongoing case anymore. I remembered Bentley solicitors so I rang them and spoke to a man with same name as me Shane lol what a great start hey. anyway in my younger days he wasn't with the firm then I don't think but I stated I had history with them and he stated mr bently he's retired now etc. He also stated there not a massive firm but they get the best and right results etc. Well this is what I remembered with having history with them in the past they get results so that will do for me. Shane seems to be a decent loyal man who get results so glad to have Bentley solicitors dealing with a case for me again.

If you need a solicitor with teeth to fight your corner - Gwyn is your man. I came to see him at the very last minute after having been turned away by a number of solicitors - I should have gone to Gwyn first! He wasn't scared by the tight time limit and went above and beyond to help me and secure a large settlement in a medical negligence claim. I have complete faith in him and am very thankful to him.

Shane was approachable, attention to detail was excellent, always returned calls promptly and when it came to explaining the intricacies of the law and how it applied to my case he was very good . I trusted his judgement and he was always upfront about the likely outcome of the case and very fair in his dealings with me.
