It was a well organised trip to Paris that was my first time on a Bibbys trip this week. Paul the driver was friendly, witty and a good driver on what were long days and tricky conditions - driving in the centre of Paris is difficult but Paul was experienced and skillful! He was informative when sharing details of landmarks and interesting points on the city as well as on the journey there/back (eg White cliffs of Dover and the Vimy ridge monument).
The way the luggage was organized was efficient and the tags were useful. It was good to see there is the option of feeder transport to the agreed pick up points - great if you live en route!
The only thing I'd say needed to change was the river cruise operator and the need to have dinner earlier - 10pm for dessert is far too late!
Thank you - it was a cost effective way to visit Paris and explore!

Coach driver we had was disrespectful and unprofessional. To start off they were eating nuts whilst we had a severely allergic person on board who can’t be close to nuts or else they go into a reaction to it. Secondly he told us all we couldn’t get something from under a coach which we needed during a cold and wet day so we all ended out freezing and wet and when we went to get back in board we got told we had to enter at the side door since we were “too wet to enter the front door” which caused someone to come down with an cold (person had previous medical conditions) . I find this unacceptable. Then finally someone on the coach ordered food and was then told they couldn't bring it on since it was “too messy” yet we were all eating during the time we were on the coach and we cleaned up any messes we made.

Fantastic replacement service today from Lancaster @19:20.

Spent a few days with Andy and Chris on a tour of the WW1 battlefields. They made the journey so enjoyable, super friendly guys who made me laugh when I was extremely tired after being on their lovely coach for 9 hours straight! We’re so easy to chat to and really made the trip ? thanks again Bibby’s for a smooth journey
