I was really impressed with both Jonathan T and Paul M in my recent dealings with Big Red. Both very honest guys and not like the usual employment agents I had dealings with. No hard sell and using a more gentler approach which I really appreciated. Jonathan in particular spent a great deal of time going through the background of the company and despite being busy, I always felt he had time for any questions I asked. Both went out of their way to keep me informed and to chase both myself and my new company when required. Emily was very thorough in understanding what I wanted from a new role and what I was expecting from my potential new employer.

I have honestly been shocked at the level of detail Emily provided to support me with interviews, to help me understand the interview process and the steps involved there after.

I received advice of how to prepare good examples to interview questions, how to conduct research on potential employers and further more, the little things I hadn’t already thought of, like preparing a second outfit to wear to an interview, should something go wrong on the day!!

I have never experienced a recruitment agent who puts in so much effort and who provide that much support, it’s refreshing.

In the past I have felt that recruitment agents are sided with the company recruiting and often neglect the candidate. Big Red could not be further away from this mindset and have truly made me feel valued and supported as a candidate.

Today marks 6 months since I started my current role as a junior application developer. These 6 months have been very formative to my career as I have picked up so much valuable knowledge and worked with so many amazing people.
I would like to thank Hayley for making this possible. If it wasn't for Hayley connecting me through to a company that really suits my interests and skillset, I probably wouldn't be as happy as I am today with the work that I'm doing.

It's been a pleasure working with James. He's got a perfect balance of professionalism and personality, and working alongside him on the project was a great experience.

James always hit deadlines, responded quickly, and despite the challenges with losing a couple of candidates to other competitive opportunities, James remained positive and I always had confidence that he would find us a great candidate.

Dominic was very attentive to find out the best match for both parties. He always were happy to help, advise and prepare for the interview. At each stage he was checking how I am feeling towards the job role, if I am still interested or if I have any concerns. He was very flexible with arranging times, which made it much easier all the interview process.

I believe Dominic excelled in his role and his knowledge about the customer and experience made all transition very easy and pleasant. He is a valuable asset to the Big Red as well as Aldi.

Very professional service, Eloise is a credit to your agency. I have dealt with a lot of recruiter in the past months and most of the time they simply don't care whether or not I was the right candidate. Eloise supported me at each step of the journey, it did reassure me that she wanted to meet me face to face before sending me to the interview. Little things like calling me to check how I was doing about my presentation gave me confidence for the interview.
