Bingham long is a great company, super helpful with regards to making the legal jargon comprehensible, super snappy with the response times, no waiting months on end for a single reply, especially Miss Hannah Chapman, she was available at a moments notice, also doing her best to make sure we got the best deal going forward for our home. Sinthu dealt with most of my claim and was very good even when my landlord was being extremely difficult. Hannah then took over and claim ended up being resolved. Sometimes difficult to get a response but I expect they are very busy at times. Would recommend if you need help

Terrible experience from this firm relating to the UEFA claim. Process was going fine until I changed my e-mail address midway through (old hotmail account locked and thus switched to google). Since then I seem to have fallen out of the process. I have contacted the firm dozens of times but have never got anywhere.

Last week I wrote to them to officially complain and they still have not got back to me. Last resort is to go through the Legal Ombudsmen. Shocking service!
