Great company and products with lots to offer for those navigating the lucrative public procurement market. They don't give away their valuable service for free though. On reading other reviews I would recommend that if you wish to cancel it needs to be instigated before the end of the term of the contract. The rolling contracts are there to ensure continuity of service to majority of companies that rely on and get great benefit from their services.

Good company with down to earth people working on it. Anything I had an issue they were there to help, even if we are on their lower package, they customer success team spent a large amount of time getting us sorted and up to speed. It's a renewing contract, just like your car insurance or any other SAAS company. I'm not sure why people are surprised about having to cancel in time if they don't want to keep the service.

I never comment on forums or Reviews, but I am this time ... after reading the experiences of others on the Reviews of this company and its approach to business. For my feedback, after 5 years of being a client, they significantly increased the price (circa double) without notice and changed plan without notice - just sent a new invoice on renewal. No Terms on invoice, no Terms on their Web site (be it when I last looked, and suggested they do). I queried the invoice immediately on receipt ... and they subsequently suggested I pay a cancellation fee. Completely ignored client value of past and only interested in a last ditch money grab. Fair to say we could not agree and they wouldn't let it go, and subsequently threatened me with court action unless I paid something. So now I look forward to a day in court as I have filed a defence and counterclaim. Not the type of company I want to be doing business with. And from other Google reviews ... others appear to have similar thoughts.

An absolute scam of a company, AVOID at all costs! Just by clicking on their T&C's they trap you in to agreement which they do not inform you of. They then wait months past the 'renewal date' to contact you with a court letter to demand payment in full.
Really really poor company and just a modern day scam.
Please listen to my advice and not the sales people there.

BIP Solutions are the definition of Sharp Practice.

I have just settled with them as I received a court letter for nearly £4000.

They have an auto renew clause in their contract that I personally feel should be pointed out by the sales rep. But that said, if I have signed something and not notice then that is my issue. However! Despite their insistence, I never received a renewal notice letter or an invoice to give me chance to cancel. The only time I knew of anything was when someone chased me for an outstanding invoice a few months past the renewal date. Which I challenged and heard nothing back despite me chasing for someone to call me.

I then received the court letter. BIP stated they sent me several emails and a letter. I never received anything. I only settled because I have too much on to deal with them in court and its cheaper to simply pay them off but for anyone who is currently considering them - their system isn't great and only does what you can do yourself for free, it just pulls public information together for you. In my opinion not worth the money and I believe that is why they screw people on the renewal. I dont think we actually logged into the system after the first few months of use.

Given the level of ill feeling and complaints on their reviews, it must be a good earner for them as they do not change their practice.

I just wish I have taken the time to look at the reviews before signing up with them.
