Julia spent 30 mins coaching me on how to get the most out of using Capsule with my business. I was so impressed by how quickly she was able to wrap her head around the complex relationships inherent in our business. Julia gets right to the nub of the problem. In just a few questions she really understood the issues I was wrangling with, and came up with great solutions that meant I could focus on the day job, with a process in place that I don't feel I'll become a slave to - but that should work for me, not the other way around.
