Melanie has been a great support for me and my business. I have just completed my 6th coaching session with Melanie which I have found extremely valuable. Melanie has a very gentle and calming persona, making you feel comfortable enough to discuss any aspect of your business. Melanie is very knowledgeable and has a way of thinking outside of the box by offering ideas and solutions to areas that you have not considered yourself. I have also attended all of Blue Diamond's Workshops (both face to face and online) which I found extremely beneficial and would highly recommend to others. I attended Melanie's Influencing for Impact Workshop and it was great. The informative style of the workshop was spot on, having much discussion and learning from the other attendees was so valuable and it really has given me a lot of food for thought. Melanie providing detail on the theory was really interesting and I have lots to digest to now build on my plan of how I influence with more impact. Thank you Melanie I think it could be easy during lock down to put self-development to one side however I think now it’s more important than ever, especially to connect with likeminded people. I attended one of Melanie's workshops for the first time in April - I found it so helpful and took away plenty of valuable tips. I was referred to Melanie through another exceptional Business leader Kate Kelly, who advised that Melanie would be brilliant at assisting through my transition trauma. I started with Melanie after experiencing quite a horrific business issue. Thereafter, I did her recommended Motivational Map profiling, which was hugely insightful and got me back on track it reinstated independence, purpose and stability. Melanie is a great workshop host! I recently attended her workshop on imposter syndrome and I was blown away by her calm and engaging style of delivery. Through skilful questioning Melanie tapped into the audience's deeper experiences with the imposter syndrome and masterfully switched between presenting and sharing the group's answers on a whiteboard. This not only had a very validating effect on the the participants but also presented us with her own and the group's creative solutions. I learnt that imposter syndrome is so common and not something to be so scared of. Highly recommended workshop!
