I trained with Martin for years. Initially, I had planned to do 6 months to get in training for a 400 km bike challenge, but I enjoyed our sessions and the results so much that I just kept going.
He has a wealth of knowledge that is applied to your own situation and circumstances, and he kept me accountable.

Very knowledgeable and an engaging personality. Very important when starting with a PT - let him work with you on your goal's and objectives - he won’t let you down. I found the Enviroment to be small but fully functional covering all exercises - highly recommended
