Mohamed was incredibly rude on the phone, stating that he was wasting his time (on a 5 minute call) without even listening to the case we were presenting or answering any question. He also implied we didn't have enough money to pursue a case. Unprofessional and rude, don't contact them if you need any help.

I used Jordan Harrison for a flat purchase in June 2021 and was very happy with the service (in fact, am only getting around to leaving a review now, as I am recommending her to a friend about to make a purchase!).

My purchase was directly following a probate sale which required a lease extension - I'd used different solicitors for both and had awful experiences with both, so I was at the end of my tether and my expectations were low...But Jordan's level of responsiveness and general professionalism was a breath of fresh air.

In November, I applied for Will Aid and selected this company after reading its reviews. Today I got a follow up email from Will Aid to chase the progress of my request. I rang and was transferred to the Kettering branch. The person informed me that if I hadn’t had an email to book, then I I wouldn’t be part of aid, 2023. I asked if they would check my details on file to see if I had missed any emails. They became very confrontational, but asked for my personal details that they could forward to a member of staff. I gave my details, and they said why did you choose us when you’re in Gloucester. If you did get an appointment, were you going to come to Kettering? I said no, I thought you did online appointments and explained that when I booked will aid, there was a list of 8 to pick from it didn’t state that I had to go by geographical area. They then said ‘Will aid assumes you have a level of common sense’

I can't recommend Mohammed at Borneo Martell Turner Coulston LLP enough. It it was not for Mohammad, we would not have completed this quickly without being this thorough on quality. There were quite some hiccups (from the other party), but Mohammed took care of everything instantly in the right way and always kept me in the loop. I was also always informed up front about potential changes in the costs or risks before decisions were made. He went above my expectations, sometimes responding out of working hours even. He was realistic in his promises and over delivered.
