Our past dealings with BPE had been great, we'd worked with them for a handful of years. Pre 2024 the service level, diligence, advice, and response times were far far better than they currently are. As it stands, I wouldn't use BPE again unless this changed.

I had the misfortune to have BPE acting for the buyer of a property I just sold. They were slow, unresponsive, did everything in a serial and sequential manner which ended up costing me more than a £1000 of unnecessary costs due to the extended time it took for the transaction to happen. If they had the wit to do things in parallel it would have been done much faster. Would not recommend them.

Very efficient service.
I was recommended BPE for legal advice on signing some documents.
Helen was very efficient arranging matters along with providing clear transparent advice on my situation as well as pricing expectations. There is a decent car park too! Would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.
