I selected Bradley Environmental for asbestos removal on a domestic property.

Price - Compared with other quotes, the price was in the middle.

Customer service - The office team were professional and always responded in a timely manner. They were able to accommodate my requests for a rapid turnaround, provide a bowser (water services were removed) and for site teams pre-attendance call.

Customer service (site team) - James G and partner were exceptional and went above and beyond. James called day before and accommodated my request for an earlier start as I had to depart for work. I left the keys with James and throughout the day he called and provided regular updates. The team removed a fixed unit and also completed precautionary checks in other areas of house. All materials were cleared and the area was left in an immaculate condition. James also provided photo evidence once works were completed.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Bradley Environmental.

Their website claimed rapid turnaround for asbestos testing, advertising 48 hours. My samples took over 2 weeks to be tested, that's not rapid and it held up my job. Very disappointing.

Obtained the competence and confidence to move forward in the industry. Fortunate to have tutor/instructors (good dynamic) Adam Bradshaw and Xavier Lines presented the course with synergy, vast experience and knowledge from the industry. Providing awareness, conduct/discipline with safe practice for the job at hand.
