Kicked off very well, but communication became incredibly poor very quickly. They consistently missed deadlines, often ones that they had set themselves. I was told a simple employee contract could be completed within days if necessary and then somehow it ended up taking 6 weeks. I had to push for nearly every response I got from them. I dealt mainly with the owner of the business.

Although it was clear there had been poor service, no one wanted to check in and discuss completing the rest of the scope, at the end of the first piece of work I was just sent a bill. I decided to use another company to complete the rest of our HR requirements.
