Unfortunately we have had a terrible experience with Broadband9. They left our Microsoft tenant in a complete mess and unable to log support tickets. They were not at all pro-active - we had to ask to be put onto certain Microsoft security solutions.

Finally, we were sold 3 laptops 2 of which we are now permanently locked out of and unable to change the passwords as Broadband9 have lost the reset keys. We are now out of pocket the laptops we paid for, plus the new laptops we had to buy because we were not able to recycle them through employees.

Fantastic service highly recommended. Broadband9 mainly caters to businesses but as an individual the same excellent service and support was offered for all my home IT needs from hardware to software support. I love my new monitor and laptop ❤️
