When I decided to sell my house in Barrhill I consulted with the long established agent who sold the house to us, some 16 years before. He quoted a sale figure with which I was happy.

I was chatting socially with a dear friend who once worked with Kevin Doyle at 'Bruach' and she suggested that I get a second opinion from them.

Without even seeing the house Kevin told me that he could achieve a fair asking price, some 30(% above the quote obtained from the original agent. He and Karen his negotiator were dulying instructed.,
