In process of purchasing a property, was told by another surveyor (level 3 survey) that the building had possible movement. Contacted various structural engineers, BSF seemed the best despite them forcing me to have to do a full building inspection report rather than just specifically the cause of the leaning wall. Paid almost a thousand for that. Got a report back that was very, very basic and only specifically talked about the leaning wall. Despite being a full building inspection?

However, I let that go, the report was quite basic and I needed clarification on points. I noticed after payment was made (before the inspection took place) that communication had dropped. As I emailed and was ignored. I emailed again some day(s) later and got a response. However, post inpsection? Every communication has been ignored now. I do not recommend this company, at least not for reports such as mine. I've reached out multiple times over the past 3 weeks and nothing.

Very disappointed.
