Dominic was professional and courteous throughout our Survey process. He explained the process clearly and provided example surveys for us to review.
Dominic liaised with the vendors' agent and carried out the survey on the agreed date and time. The survey report was completed and emailed to us within five days - and on a Bank Holiday weekend!
The report was clear and easy to follow, with a traffic light system in place, containing a detailed explanation and background for each section of the report and many insightful photographs.
Dominic's expertise here really helped to highlight issues with the property and helped us greatly with our decisions moving forward. His friendly follow up emails made us feel reassured that he was available to answer any questions we had post-report.

Dominic is a very thorough surveyor. Fee is higher than some other surveyors we found in the area but on the other hand, the report we received couldn’t have been more detailed, it was very well presented so it was easy to read and contained lots of images clearly included within the same document which was very helpful. Dominic was available to answer questions and talk through the findings via a telephone call which helped immensely. The report ultimately helped us to avoid buying a money pit.
