As Farm/ Estate Properties/ Landowners, we have to say 5 stars is not enough. We are encouraging others to get in touch with him as we cannot recommend Paul Bullivant and his team more highly. We are in no doubt that we could not have managed to create such a successful strategic Succession Plan for the family farm without his involvement. He has offered advice, given us space to consider, never been pushy, but always available even for my many 'small' questions. His wealth of professional knowledge has been so reassuring, because it is a world that we are not trained in so obviously had to learn how to approach things completely new to us. But with his help, he has guided us onto far better use of our assets (liquidated or in property etc) - and this was key to us: Paul's KSP is because he follows it through with practical steps and that puts him heads and shoulders above other financial advisors to us in the past, who showed far less understanding for the family estate and family's needs (older parents/ Care/ independence for younger members), and they had showed far less creativity in finding the best solutions, whereas Paul has not only achieved that but then assists with rolling it out in practice. As a result, the extended family are now all clients too! Paul has now worked with our family over the last four years. We feel genuinely confident in his experience and like his personable, honest approach. We are so grateful and hugely relieved that we are receiving the very best advice, support and practical input that we could have hoped to have in what was previously frankly an overwhelming task- and would have been so easy to bury our heads. The negative impact would certainly have meant some of the estate needing to be broken up. Being in control and the savings made to the family estate are seriously significant.

Finance needs a professional to guide you through the many options available. The rules, regulations and law are always changing much of which the layman would fail to know and in our case understand. Paul has arranged both with St. Jame's Place and in a previous role, our financial affairs. He brings the complexities down to a level we understand and the reasons why decisions need to be made. After all there is no point in working hard all your life just to allow any capital you might have accumulated to be taken by the tax man because you failed to act. His knowledge of investment and taxation is much appreciated.
