Very disappointing; had a part worn tyre installed which then went completely flat within a week or two. Took it to an alternate place who discovered it was sold with a huge chunk missing, where the cord was visible (pictures attached below).

Could easily have blown out at high speed as well, thankfully it didn't as my heavily pregnant girlfriend was driving the car recently. You guys either need to check what you sell people incase this was a mistake (although this is unlikely as it was as clear as day to see), or you should stop cutting corners for profit and selling dangerous tyres.

Took 2 and a half hours to fit 4 part worn tyres. For one to have a slow sidewall puncture and damaged side wall. Told me I should have noticed, in a dark unit with a touch from his phone
Then told me to drive back, 100 miles away. No offer to refund the faulty tyre. Avoid this place

Had a slow puncture in an almost-new expensive front tyre (nail wedged in). Two other places said it would have to be replaced, with one quoting £180. Called Burnham Tyres who quoted £45 for a part worn replacement, so we decided to head down (on a Sunday!). When we got there, they took a look and said they may be able to repair it... and they did!! It only cost us £15 for the repair which we were chuffed to bits with. We will definitely be back here for any tyre repairs and replacements in future.

While we were waiting for the repair, we were also watching the rest of the team cleaning cars. It looked like every inch was being hand polished twice over. When they were done, the cars looked showroom level clean! So needless to say we'll be back for a car wash too.
