I recently had 8 hours of coaching with Damien to help me with my small business. I was a little daunted at the beginning of the process by doing a full MOT of the business, however Damien really helped to break it all down into small and manageable items to think about.

I found our meeting really helpful for organising my ideas and making it clear where I need to take action. In only a few hours today I've made some quick but significant changes in areas that that needed most attention. Damien reminded me of things I'd been thinking about doing for ages. Being reminded of things is no less useful than new ideas - ideas don't help me until I do something about them! I recently had an opportunity to receive some business mentoring from Damien. For me this was a chance to have someone outside my business run a slide rule over it and provide some pointers as to how I can develop my sales and marketing strategy, in particular. Damien really knows his stuff and is a great person to bounce ideas off. I found the mentoring sessions (done over Zoom) very useful, particularly the “Business MOT”. Damien and I talked through lots of ideas and he put together a Sales and Marketing strategy with a number of key actions for my business.
