I write to confirm that during my extensive dealings with Nikki Wilson in recent years, she has always been extremely helpful, always very quick to respond to any problems I may have raised & work carried out promptly. In addition she was most understanding of our problems with FirstPort, which were causing me a great deal of stress. I have been with CJ Driscoll for 15 years and although there have been some owner/staff changes over that time they’ve always been efficient in getting my accounts ready on time and very helpful if I’ve had something that needed advice/sorting. When Nikki on reception answers the phone she is very friendly and makes sure any query gets dealt with by correct person and as my business was local to the office she would deliver accounts etc to me which was very helpful and appreciated.

I've used CJ Driscoll for more than 10 years for corporation tax and have always appreciated their friendly, personal service. I had to get my taxes completed mid-year this time and they arranged it very quickly for me, and Geraldine was exceptionally helpful and efficient. They've also switched to doing everything online, including signing documents, which makes things quicker and easier for those like me, who don't live in the area.

Utterly useless having used this company for two tax returns. They fail to complete the job properly staff do not reply to emails and do not add in everything that you send them into your tax return. When concerns are raised with management staff send apologies which are rude. I would advise strongly to avoid this company.
