We have lived in our flat for approx 18 months and are very happy with the way in which CMG manage our block. The staff are always friendly and efficient. Emails/phone calls are always returned. We deal mainly with Rachel who is especially prompt to resolve any issues or concerns we may have. We have found her to be approachable and professional at all times.

Really poor response from this team. Recently had some fitters in the communal areas of a block. Contacted them as 2 female residents have had poor experience with the fitters. Fitters cornering one resident and then pushing for access to another resident's property and then evidence of accessing further in without permission. No evidence of anything missing, doors open and lights left on. Reported back to CMG to feedback to their contractor and response was completely lacking in care and apology and very dismissive. When questioned on this, clear they didn't want to be involved in this and stated if we want to report this we'll have to report it to police. Multiple vulnerable residents in this block as well.

CMG Leasehold are excellent. They are professional, efficient and friendly. They don't just "manage" property, they take an interest in making sure the building is sympathetically maintained. They work with excellent contractors and are great at managing budgets and are quick to respond to any problems. I would recommend CMG to anyone looking for an outstanding Management Company.

DONT bother quoting for these guys, fed up of them wasting my time giving prices for tenders with no work. They will always go for cheapest and no experience.Bad name with local trades.

This edit is the only reply I can use. Yes my response is correct for Ian and Louise. Plumbers, painters,cleaners and roofers over the past 4 years in Gloucestershire are unimpressed with your use of them and your attitude to contracts. Please get your act together and give us the respect and loyalty the self employed deserve.

CMG have acted as the managing agents for our property for almost 10 years. In my view, the CMG team are very approachable and have given our leaseholders a quality, professional service on which we have always been able to rely. Maintenance matters requiring attention get a prompt response and get sorted without difficulty.
