So as you would expect, we have some snags in our new home. We are 10 months in and still waiting for the company to resolve issues. They seem very short staffed and full of excuses. They didn’t fit our utility right and didn’t leave enough space for our washer and dryer. They have made some alterations including making cupboards smaller (they have compensated in giving additional upper units) and turned sink around so it sits wrong way. The time it has taken them to resolve this is unacceptable and it’s still not finished. Last week we had the excuse they couldn’t come due to fuel, when no area actually run out in the country. They said will come any day next week we asked for Tuesday after altering our arrangements only to be told sorry we have workforce issues can’t make Tuesday. Excuse after excuse, 10 months after moving in so frustrated isn’t the word. Also when they turned sink around the pipes underneath had been bent and forced into place only for us to find water everywhere that day. We still have other snags not been sorted, it’s not acceptable.

5 Stars for the TERRIBLE customer relationship, 5 stars for the QUESTIONABLE workmanship, 5 stars for SEVERE LACK OF regard to health and safety of residence (roads are barely okay to drive on) & OUTRAGEOUS site management company, charging more for their paperwork than the actual "work" being done onsite.

If you enjoy being woken up at 7am by the workmen and heavy machinery onsite that'll be here for atleast the next 10 years (based on their current work rate) then you'll be happy as larry!

Would never buy from Canon Kirk again... As previously said; You've been warned!

Have to agree totally with the previous review. Build quality questionable, pavements and roads unfinished and are a H&S issue. In all I would not recommend Cannon Kirk Caistor to anyone.

Romans Walk, Caistor. Poor customer relationship, poor workmanship, unable to keep to a time scale & terrible site management company (Remus!). You have been warned....
