Generally a good law firm and had a good experience with them, however they are money focused. Disrepair cases are not worth the time it takes to build the case because in the long run the tenants suffer whilst solicitors get paid and local authorities such as Birmingham City Council get away with their botches work towards the tenants.

In response to 'the owner' I shall expand upon my rating.

The absence of a record is due to my signed delivery of approved identification going missing after being delivered to your office. This suggests a potential issue with how your company processes mail.

Given that this matter involved several family members as beneficiaries of a family will, I chose not to delay the case due to the missing identification, and thus we proceeded without my name on legal correspondence. However, I did contribute financially towards the legal fees and was kept informed of the (slow) progress and (lack of) communication, which required constant follow-ups from a family member on behalf of the beneficiaries.

The case was complex, and when additional legal advice was sought for an intertwined issue, there was no assistance or willingness to guide us on how to proceed. A complaint about this was met with a condescending email response.

Unfortunately, my review reflects an informed opinion of the service provided, which I found substandard. I’ve given 2 stars to acknowledge that partial payouts were eventually made to two beneficiaries from the estate. I am not interested in discussing this further, as the willingness to communicate comes too late.
